π The project
Join an international project for a major European agency, working on complex data environments and cloud architecture within digital solutions units. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing cloud solutions, managing and optimizing infrastructure, costs, and performance (FinOps), ensuring security, compliance, and data protection, defining landing zones, observability, business continuity, and disaster recovery, automating processes, and managing end-to-end cloud migrations and technical documentation. The service will be delivered mainly remotely (far-site), with possible occasional on-site presence in Brussels if required.
π Requirements
Education & General Experience:
University degree (Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of higher education).
Minimum 15 years of professional IT experience.
Core Experience & Technical Expertise:
Minimum 10 years of experience with Python and Java.
Minimum 5 years of experience with AWS.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, and BI tools (such as Grafana, Kibana, or Tableau).
Mandatory Certification: PMΒ², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
Cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/OVH), virtualization, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud networking.
Security and compliance (CIS, ISO 27001, GDPR), monitoring, FinOps optimization, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
Cloud database services, BI/DWH, and advanced data analytics services.
Languages & Soft Skills: English proficiency at C1 level or higher (both spoken and written), with the ability to work autonomously in international and multicultural environments.
