Full-Stack Developers (Java + Angular)

We are looking for 2 Full-Stack Developers (Java + Angular) with a strong technical background to join our team in a high-impact international initiative.


The Full-Stack Developers will work across two parallel streams: (1) maintaining and evolving existing legacy monolithic Java systems (SEP Submission and eAudit), and (2) leading their progressive decomposition into modern, cloud-native microservices architectures.


In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end features, writing clean and maintainable code, and implementing robust RESTful APIs documented via OpenAPI/Swagger. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to modernize core architectures, manage database releases, and optimize complex SQL queries. Additionally, you will build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, drive software quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing (JUnit/Mockito), and utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).

🔑 REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory):

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Core Backend: Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
  • Core Frontend: Solid proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • CI/CD & ALM Tools: Practical knowledge of Maven, GitLab, Bamboo, Jenkins, Nexus, Jira, Git, and Bitbucket.
  • Testing & Quality: Proven experience in automated unit and integration testing with JUnit and Mockito.
  • Methodologies: Active participation in Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe, including sprint ceremonies and PI Planning).
  • Language Proficiency: English minimum B2 level.
  • Education: University degree (at least 3 years completed)

  • Security & Auth: Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
  • Cloud & Microservices: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization, and cloud-native microservices design.
  • Quality & Performance: Code analysis with SonarQube/SonarLint, SQL optimization, and database release management.
  • AI & Modern Tooling: Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Amazon Q, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
  • Legacy & Integration: Web services experience (SOA, SoapUI, REST debugging) using IDEs such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, or equivalent.
