We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to spearhead the functional analysis cycle within complex, international environments. You will be responsible for transforming unstructured business needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable requirements.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and functional modeling. You will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a multicultural setting.

You will lead functional analysis activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within a European institutional context.


  • Solution Design: Elicit and document business requirements, model processes, identify inefficiencies, and produce functional specifications.
  • Implementation Tracking: Manage requirements backlog and traceability, support UAT phases, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Project Manager Assistance: Facilitate workshops, track KPIs and reporting, and manage project documentation and meeting minutes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to defining and refining methodological standards across multicultural teams.

  • Methodologies: BABOK / IIBA Standards.
  • Tools: Advanced Modeling & Requirements Management tools, MS Office Suite.
  • Frameworks: Full SDLC, UAT Coordination, Stakeholder Management.

馃敼Minimum Requirements馃敼

Experience: Solid background in Functional/Business Analysis.

Methodology: Advanced knowledge of requirements management (BABOK / IIBA or equivalent).

Testing: Experience defining testing scenarios and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Mandatory Professional Certification: Possess at least one current certification from the following (or equivalent): CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, IREB-CPRE.

Communication: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead the requirements approval cycle.

Languages: High level of English (C1).
