What are we looking for?

We are looking for an MFT & Data Flow Expert to join our Infrastructure and Operations Directorate, managing critical data exchange platforms.

You will be responsible for ensuring operational maintenance (MCO), security, and continuous evolution of file transfer solutions, combining industry-standard tools with an in-house high-performance Go application.

In this role, you will maintain high SLA standards (99.9% availability, 99.0% performance), automate data flows, provide Level 2/3 incident support, and participate in a 24/7 on-call system.

Minimum requirements

  • Advanced expertise in MFT solutions: Axway SecureTransport and Axway Transfer CFT.
  • Strong development experience in Go (Golang) applied to infrastructure tooling and internal solution maintenance.
  • Deep knowledge of file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PeSIT, and AS2.
  • Solid environment experience in Linux/Unix operating systems and Shell / Python scripting.
  • Practical experience with monitoring and observability tools: Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Proven track record in Level 2/3 troubleshooting, incident management, and participation in 24/7 on-call rotations.
  • Strong rigor, composure under stress, and strict adherence to structured IT production standards (ITIL, change management).
  • Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills to work alongside Network, Security, and Application teams.
