Minimum requirements

βœ…Main Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy custom AI agents and Copilot solutions, extending Microsoft 365 Copilot through custom topics, plugins, connectors and knowledge-grounding strategies.
  • Translate business requirements into Copilot Studio agent architectures.
  • Design conversational flows, topics, escalation paths and integrations.
  • Build custom plugins, connectors and Power Automate actions.
  • Implement knowledge grounding using SharePoint, Dataverse and Azure AI Search.
  • Apply security, DLP and role-based access controls.
  • Support UAT, troubleshooting and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage deployments across development, test and production using ALM.

🧠 Required Experience

  • Conversational and Agentic AI architecture.
  • Strong Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
  • Power Platform and Azure AI.
  • Experience building agents, topics, dialogs, entities and escalation logic.
  • Integration with enterprise systems using connectors, plugins, REST APIs and MCP.
  • Prompt engineering and LLM grounding.
  • DevOps / ALM for Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
  • Agile methodologies.

Core Technical Skills

  • Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse.
  • Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Bot Service.
  • REST / SOAP.
  • JSON, YAML, PowerFX, JavaScript.
  • Prompt engineering and Adaptive Cards.
  • OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD / Entra ID.
  • MCP.

Desirable:

  • Teams/web/portal agents.
  • AWS Bedrock.
  • RAG solutions.
  • cloud/managed identity.
  • RDBMS.

  • Excellent English communication.
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
