We are looking for a Project Management Specialist with more than 10 years of experience to join our team in Malta.


The Project Management Specialist works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to determine, document and track project goals, deliverables, tasks and deadlines. The role focuses on creating and executing detailed project plans while ensuring efficient resource utilization, risk mitigation and seamless alignment across the project ecosystem to guarantee timely and successful project completion.


This includes designing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, managing resource allocation based on team skills, and transforming complex business requirements into structured milestones. The specialist is responsible for tracking project progress, proactively identifying potential risks, and developing robust mitigation strategies. Additionally, the role involves handling changes in scope, schedule or resources effectively, while maintaining high standards of project documentation and compliance throughout the lifecycle.


The role also involves operational and coordination tasks, such as tracking and responding to tickets and service requests within a service desk context, ensuring timely and effective resolution. The specialist will manage project coordination and training procedures, preferably applying recognized methodologies. Furthermore, the professional independently handles task management and information architecture within a SharePoint environment (both on-premises and online), as well as utilizing the Atlassian suite or similar software.


In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, the professional prepares and presents regular status reports, coordinates with external vendors and service providers, and addresses any issues or roadblocks hindering progress. The role includes driving collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts, conducting project reviews, and ensuring all deliverables are finalized, completed and approved.

REQUIREMENTS:

Years of experience: >= 10 years.

Educational level: EQF Level 5 (or equivalent).

English level: C1.
