WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with solid experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments.

You will join an innovative international project with an international organization based in La Spezia, where they have a research center.

Must-haves for this challenge:

• 6+ years of DevSecOps experience as the primary focus of your career.
• Demonstrable experience migrating Docker Compose environments to Kubernetes in production.
• k3s is highly valued.
• Design and management of K8s clusters: namespaces, RBAC, network policies, resource quotas.
• Docker: multi-stage builds, image optimization, container hardening.
• Helm charts, Kustomize, or equivalent for manifest management.
• Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent.
• SAST integrated into pipelines: SonarQube, Semgrep, or equivalent.
• Container image scanning: Trivy, Snyk, Grype, or equivalent.
• Secret management: Vault, Sealed Secrets, Azure Key Vault, or equivalent
• Azure DevOps and GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
• English C1/C2 level.
