We are expanding our team and looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-impact international project for a European Agency.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Java, Oracle and PL-SQL, motivated to work in complex environments and contribute to high-quality digital solutions.

💡 We’re looking for someone with:

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT sector + EQL level 7.
• 5+ years of experience in backend web development using Java and Spring
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience working with financial and procurement information systems.
• The candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance or already hold an EU-27 security clearance.
• B2+ level of English is required.
• B2+ level of French is required.
