Minimum requirements
🧠 Required Experience
- High level of English.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in administering and configuring ServiceNow instances.
- Implement “Engagement Messenger”.
- Migration from SNOW ITSM to CSM.
- Properly manage licenses and subscriptions through SNOW.
- Properly manage maintenance and support for infrastructure components through SNOW.
- Properly manage service support for outsourced services in SNOW.
- Management and updating of the Service Catalog.
- ITIL certification (at least ITILv4 Foundation) is preferred.
📚 Technical Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its components.
- Proficiency in Glide API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS.
- Understanding of relational databases and their use in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and MID servers.
- Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules.
✅ Main Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, groups and roles, whilst maintaining access controls and user authentication mechanisms.
- Monitor the instance’s performance and optimise its efficiency by implementing best practices.
- Manage applications, modules and artefacts.
- Install, configure and manage applications and plugins from the ServiceNow Store.
- Ensure appropriate data security and permissions.
- Configure email notifications and alerts, and manage templates.
- Design and manage workflows and implement automation using Flow Designer.
- Manage update sets for development, test and production environments.
- Carry out the discovery and reconciliation of CIs (Configuration Items).
- Establish, configure and manage integrations with external systems.
- Write and maintain scripts (JavaScript) for business logic and automation.
