What are we looking for?

You will join an international project for a leading European organization, providing technical leadership and expert support across multiple business units through the design, administration, evolution, and optimization of SharePoint environments.

We are looking for a senior SharePoint Architect with extensive experience in enterprise-scale SharePoint infrastructures, capable of managing both SharePoint Online and On-Premises.

The role combines architecture, administration, governance, support, and continuous improvement responsibilities in a complex Microsoft ecosystem.

MUST-HAVE requirements for this challenge ✅

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Qualification equivalent to EQF Level 5 or higher.
• English level B2
• Proven experience administering and operating SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments.
• Strong experience in SharePoint architecture and infrastructure design.
• Experience providing second-level technical support (L2).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online automation and workflow development.
• Experience working in international environments and large-scale enterprise infrastructures.

What will you be doing?

• Architecting and maintaining enterprise SharePoint environments.
• Monitoring platform usage, producing reports, and supporting security audits.
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders involved in SharePoint-related infrastructures and applications.
• Managing monthly patching and maintenance activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and infrastructure optimization.
• Implementing automation solutions for operational and maintenance processes.
• Designing and enhancing redundancy, resilience, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Supporting SharePoint Online automation through Power Platform solutions.
• Leading migration activities and contributing to platform modernisation projects.
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
